Yoga with Adoptables

About Yoga with Adoptables

Enjoy a 45 minute yoga class taught by Amanda Rhodes from Yoga by Degrees Downers Grove followed by a 30 minute social with adoptable animals from West Suburban Humane Society. Light refreshments will be served during the social. Adoptables will also join you during class to get their namastay on too. Classes are designed for attendees of all skill levels! Ages 12+ welcome. Attendees under 16 need to attend with a parent or guardian over 18.

All classes are held at the West Suburban Humane Society Adoption Center (1901 W. Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove). Class location at the adoption center is weather dependent. During inclement weather or extreme heat, class will be held indoors in our Humane Education room with adoptable cats. Otherwise classes will be held outdoors in a play yard with our adoptable dogs.

All attendees will need to bring their own yoga mat or towel. Loose and comfortable clothing highly recommended. Per the CDC guidelines, all attendees should wear a class in our indoor spaces.
